Right off the bat, the décor at Springs was fresh and inviting, making you feel at home. The friendly reception staff made check-in a breeze, and the evening meals were top-notch, just what you need after a long day of exploring. Plus, the comfy beds were a sweet bonus!
Now, on the flip side, breakfast was a bit of a letdown—no bread rolls left by 9:15 AM? Not cool! Also, we had our share of noise issues. the extractor fans kicked in too early for a chill Saturday sleep-in. We definitely hit some snags during our stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Athlone Springs Hotel, where my granddaughter and I experienced a warm welcome from the staff. The leisure center was fantastic, and the pool provided endless fun for the family. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, making our mornings even better.
My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children, as it would have made their stay even more enjoyable.

Family staycation quite the adventure
The staff were super nice and really helped when we realized the shower in our room had no hot water,, we were moved to another room without a hassle.
It definitely wasn’t inexpensive,, but I guess for a family trip,, it was acceptable.

We enjoyed a memorable 50th birthday celebration. The kids loved the warm pool and there was plenty of space for our large group in the Cedar Brasserie. Just be cautious of the noise—earplugs might help some. Consider dinner reservations to avoid long waits.
